Position: Senior Manager, Sales
Location- Noida / Ghaziabad
Job Description:
Schedule meetings with clients and regular follow ups till the target is met.
Convert prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate residential properties to the prospects matching the investment/residential needs of the prospects. Use enquiries generated by marketing team for the above as well as generate self-leads through referrals to convert them into customers.
Take prospects for site visits in residential/investment projects, answering all relevant queries in the process, liaising with Developer/Broker for any clarification required for that.
Conducting competitor analysis for market trend and rate analysis.
Forecasting and planning Monthly sales targets and executing them in given time frame. Also ensure that the sales targets are met.
Handling customer reviews, feedback, grievances and complaints.
Suggest ideas and methods to improve the functioning of sales strategies.
Job requirements:
At least 10-15 years of related work experience.
Bachelors Degree, MBA in sales and marketing.
Excellent command over verbal and written English communication skills.
Experience working with a team of Juniors and handling them.
Must demonstrate skills at closing deals, negotiation, client handling, convincing skills.
A proven team player, who thrives in a collaborative environment; evidence of discretion and tact in dealing with people and issues.
Mature and independent individual who can juggle multiple deadlines with minimal supervision.
Prior experience in real estate industry or the likes of it, preferred.
Personal attributes:
Ability to work in a complex environment.
Strong interpersonal, collaborative and relationship building skills.
Highly organised, able to work under pressure to strict deadlines, prioritising tasks with strong attention to detail.
Enthusiastic and passionate.
Effective team player, who effectively works to direction and is also a self-starter
Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
Adaptive to different / rapidly changing circumstances.
