-Project wise preparation of budget and exercising controls and reviewing the same with management
-Complex financial analysis focusing on key business metrics that will guide the management in critical business decisions.
-Cash forecasting, monitoring and analyzing information gathered from across the projects.
-Distribution of Collection amount as per RERA act.
-Monitoring the cash flow statements to manage the allocation of funds daily, weekly and monthly as per the requirement arises.
-Expertise in planning & executing monthly / quarterly / annual closure schedules, providing monthly financial statements and administering the monthly closing process
-Approving all collection made by client in a particular project.
-Monitoring the reconciliation of customers account.
-Leading the corporate finance part which includes fund raising, --structured/project funding, investments, credit analysis, cash management, working capital management, budgeting and banking relationships; and corporate banking which includes closing term loan,working capital, LC/BG, bill discounting and hedging proposals.
