Location- Corporate Office, Ghaziabad
Lead, coordinate and manage all branding campaigns, formulating Brands long-term strategy and also define pricing, packaging, trade merchandising, advertising and promotion strategies and allocate the budget accordingly.
Integrated Media planning and execution across all media (website, print, radio, digital, TV and outdoors).
Work closely with the Sales, business & product teams to execute marketing promotions wherever required and develop Sales collateral to support teams for new products, offers, promotions i.e. Brochures, leaflets etc.
Monitor, measure and optimize campaign performance to continuously improve ROI.
Manage the day-to- day activities associated to all marketing efforts, including, project management, creative development, cross-functional implementation, campaign tracking and reporting as necessary.
Define and drive the CRM programs of the organization and create brand imagery and be the custodian.
Connect and build key relationships to help develop new products, understand latest developments in their respective fields and use their expertise and knowledge to enhance brand equity.
At least 7-10 years of related work experience.
Bachelors Degree in Journalism, Communication/MBA in marketing preferred.
Candidate would be given preference from real estate/construction Company.
Excellent communication skills.
Proven understanding on importance of strategic communications and have demonstrated experience in integrated communications campaigns.
Experience working with senior executives and management is crucial.
Must demonstrate comprehensive understanding of media relations and its importance, with prior experience in media relations, public relations and corporate communications preferred.
A proven team player, who thrives in a collaborative environment; evidence of discretion and tact in dealing with people and issues.
Mature and independent individual who can juggle multiple deadlines with minimal supervision.
Experience in managing events is a plus.
Prior experience in related industries (Real Estate, design and planning, architecture etc.) and ability to differentiate the nuances of each will be a plus.
Ability to work in a complex environment and reach consensus with multiple stakeholders to move projects forward.
Strong interpersonal, collaborative and relationship building skills.
Highly organised, able to work under pressure to strict deadlines, prioritising tasks with strong attention to detail.
Good influencing and stakeholder management skills.
Enthusiastic and passionate.
Effective team player, who effectively works to direction and is also a self-starter
