Responsible for direct sales of residential and commercial real estate projects.
Conducting competitor analysis for market trend and rate analysis.
Attend to clients concerns and complaints and undertake steps to resolve them.
Planning and execution of sales and marketing activities, responsible for corporate presentation and thereby getting bulk booking.
Bachelors Degree, MBA in sales and marketing.
Excellent command over verbal and written English communication skills.
Must demonstrate skills at closing deals, negotiation, client handling, convincing skills.
Mature and independent individual who can juggle multiple deadlines with minimal supervision.
Ability to work in a complex environment.
Strong interpersonal, collaborative and relationship building skills.
Highly organised, able to work under pressure to strict deadlines, prioritising tasks with strong attention to detail.
Enthusiastic and passionate.
Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
Adaptive to different / rapidly changing circumstances.
